Ak Turizm İnşaat Nakliyat Ltd. is a construction, contracting and logistics company based in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. Together with our partner MEKA architecture we run a continuous production chain from design to turnkey handover: the architectural idea is born at the drawing board and built on site with the same team discipline.
Our experience across residential, commercial and industrial buildings rests on sound engineering, transparent budgeting and on-time delivery. The long-standing relationships we build with our clients are our most valuable reference.

Our Mission
Our mission is to build earthquake-safe, energy-efficient and long-lasting buildings within the committed schedule and budget, with a zero-incident goal. On every site we treat independent quality control, digital site tracking and transparent client communication as standard.

The construction schedule and milestone dates are shared in writing with the contract; weekly progress reports go to the client.

Itemised estimate; brands and standards are written in the technical specification annexed to the contract. No surprise costs.

Quality
C30 ready-mix concrete, inspection samples and 7-day strength reports at every pour; double-layer SBS membrane, tested services.

Safety
Daily hazard assessment and a zero lost-time incident goal; we carry responsibility for neighbouring structures during excavation and demolition.

Founded
Founded in Beşiktaş by three partners; our first job was a six-storey apartment block in Mecidiye.

First industrial facility
An 8,000 m² steel-roofed warehouse in Gebze: our first long-span reference.
- 2018
Urban renewal
96-unit at-risk building renewal in Kartal; a single contract with the owners.

MEKA partnership
Design and construction at the same table: partnership with MEKA architecture.

The Ground Is Read
Licensed soil survey approved by the chamber; structural design is based on that report.

The Structure Rises
C30 concrete and certified rebar; every floor advances with inspection samples and strength reports.
- 03
Turnkey Handover
Finishes, services and landscaping completed; test reports and photo/video records delivered in the handover file.
