What We Do
Two teams in the same building, at the same table: the architectural idea is born at the drawing board and rises on site with the same discipline. For the client: one contract, one schedule, one point of contact.
We take on every trade in-house, from structure to finishes, from services to landscaping. Our technical specification is annexed to every contract: C30 ready-mix concrete poured under building inspection, double-layer SBS membrane waterproofing, Pimapen 4+16+4 insulated glazing, Vitra/Çanakkale tiles and Çamsan flooring. Every material is chosen by the owner from at least three samples.
Reinforced concrete and steel structures for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Structural design is based on a licensed, chamber-approved soil report; C30 ready-mix concrete in foundations and all floors; certified STIII ribbed rebar; building-inspection samples at every pour and no next floor without a 7-day strength report. No pouring outside 0–35 °C, minimum 10 days of curing.
We manage urban renewal transparently with the owners: at-risk assessment, demolition, reconstruction and handover. We carry full responsibility for neighbouring structures during demolition and excavation; the new building follows the current seismic code, the approved design and our technical specification. Waterproofing, drainage and services tests are handed to owners with photo/video records and signed reports.
We manage the budget–schedule–quality triangle with digital site tracking and share weekly progress reports with the client. No formwork is closed and no concrete poured without notifying the building-inspection firm at least one day ahead; copies of all concrete and steel test reports are kept in the municipal and project files and handed to the client.
With our partner MEKA architecture, design and construction form one continuous process: decisions made at the drawing board are built with the same care on site.
Earthworks, material and plant transport with our own fleet. Excavation and fill follow the approved excavation design with full perimeter safety; ready-mix concrete is sourced only from Ready Mixed Concrete Association member plants, and concrete that has waited too long after batching is refused on site.
Water-based Marshall/Filli/Dyo paint over machine-applied gypsum and satin plaster; Vitra, Çanakkale, Bien or Yurtbay tiles; 8 mm Çamsan laminate over 5 mm acoustic underlay; MDF-carcass, acrylic-front kitchens with granite/Çimstone worktops; Geberit concealed cisterns, ECA/Artema taps, Kale/Vitra sanitaryware; steel entrance doors and melamine interior doors. Colours and models are chosen by the owner from at least three samples.
Process
We inspect the site and the design, then prepare a written proposal listing every work item and material brand.
Construction schedule, payment plan and milestones are fixed in the contract; site mobilisation begins.
Foundations, structure, façade and finishes progress with independent quality control and weekly reports.
The snag list reaches zero, occupancy and handover records are completed; we stay with you through the warranty period.
FAQ
It depends on the size and type of the building: for a detached villa we plan 10-14 months from structure to handover, for a mid-size apartment building 18-24 months. The construction schedule and milestone dates are shared in writing together with the contract.
We prepare a unit-price or lump-sum estimate based on the construction drawings and finishing schedule. The proposal clearly lists every work item and material brand, so there are no surprise costs after the contract.

Yes. Together with our partner MEKA architecture we prepare the architectural design, permit and construction drawings, then carry out the build with the same team discipline. We are equally happy to work with your existing design.
Every client receives a weekly progress report, photo-documented work records and an up-to-date schedule. You can visit the site at any time and speak directly with our site manager.
Brands and standards are listed item by item in the technical specification annexed to every contract: C30 ready-mix concrete, certified STIII rebar, ODE/BTM double-layer SBS membrane, Kilsan brick, İzocam/Weber insulation, Braas roofing, Buderus/Viessmann/ECA condensing boilers, Siemens/Legrand/Schneider breakers, Viko/Legrand switches, HES cable, YKS/Truva lifts, Pimapen 4+16+4 glazing, Vitra/Çanakkale tiles, Çamsan flooring, Geberit, ECA/Artema. Samples are taken at every pour under the building-inspection firm; the next floor is not poured until the 7-day strength report passes. Every batch of rebar delivered to site is sampled and lab-tested; non-conforming steel is removed from site. Copies of all reports are given to the client.
Paint colours, tiles, flooring, kitchen and bathroom units, worktops — every selection belongs to the owner. We present at least three samples or catalogues per item and proceed only after approval.
