Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a construction project take?
It depends on the size and type of the building: for a detached villa we plan 10-14 months from structure to handover, for a mid-size apartment building 18-24 months. The construction schedule and milestone dates are shared in writing together with the contract.
How is the turnkey price determined?
We prepare a unit-price or lump-sum estimate based on the construction drawings and finishing schedule. The proposal clearly lists every work item and material brand, so there are no surprise costs after the contract.
Which regions do you work in?
We are based in Istanbul and take on residential, commercial and industrial projects across Turkey, primarily in the Marmara Region.
Do you also prepare the architectural design?
Yes. Together with our partner MEKA architecture we prepare the architectural design, permit and construction drawings, then carry out the build with the same team discipline. We are equally happy to work with your existing design.
How can I follow the construction process?
Every client receives a weekly progress report, photo-documented work records and an up-to-date schedule. You can visit the site at any time and speak directly with our site manager.
